Presence and shared custody

Open presence rules
Go to Family in settings and choose Presence. Here you define who is usually at home on which days and times.
Set fixed home/away rules
For each member you can add rules like School until 15:00 or Work on Wednesdays. The screens use this to show relevant information exactly when it’s needed.
Set up a custody pattern
For families with shared living arrangements, create a pattern – for example every other week with mum and dad. Choose the switch day (often Monday or Friday) and which child the pattern applies to.
See custody in the calendar
The calendar marks which weeks the child is with each parent, so everyone knows who is picking up, who is on dinner duty and where the children sleep.
Handle exceptions to the pattern
Holidays, illness or swapped weekends? Add a single event or adjust the relevant period – the pattern returns to normal afterwards.
