Register a family holiday
In the calendar, create an event of the type Holiday with a start and end date. Mark the whole family or only those travelling.
Import school holidays for your municipality
Under Holidays in the calendar settings, choose your municipality – for example Kristiansand or Trondheim. Hemvik fetches the official holiday dates for the municipality’s schools.
Choose which breaks to show
Autumn, Christmas, winter, Easter and summer breaks are added as their own periods. You can toggle which ones appear for each child.
Let Hemi add them for you
Tell Hemi: “Add the school holidays for our kids”, and the assistant fills the calendar with the correct dates for your municipality automatically.
Combine holidays and custody
School holidays work together with the custody pattern, so breaks are divided fairly between parents with no extra work.
