Export or delete your account

3 minUnder GDPR you can export all your data or delete the account entirely – here is how.

Open the privacy settings
Go to Settings → Privacy and data. Here you find the options for export and deletion, plus a link to the privacy policy at /privacy.

Export your data
Choose Export my data to get a complete copy of the family’s data – calendar, chores, meals and members – in a readable format.

Read what deletion means
Deletion permanently removes your account and all of the family’s data. Screens are disconnected, and the action cannot be undone. Members you manage are deleted too.

Confirm the deletion
To delete you must confirm with your password. The family and all associated data are deleted shortly after the confirmation.
